Join us for a complimentary community experience designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and calm your mind. This thoughtfully guided session weaves together gentle yoga, intentional breathwork, and grounding meditation to leave you feeling centered, clear, and recharged.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have an established practice, this class is open to all levels. Modifications will be offered, and you’re encouraged to move at your own pace.
