Background:
After the great success of S1, the Melbourne Freshman Welcome Event returns on August 8, 2026, at Drill Hall, Multicultural Hub, 26 Therry St, Melbourne VIC. This is Melbourne’s largest semester-start event for international students, expected to bring together over 1,500 students from UniMelb, Monash, and RMIT. Organized by JR Academy (匠人学院) and supported by the Consulate-General of China in Melbourne, the event provides a trusted and vibrant platform for students to connect, explore, and integrate into university life. 🌏🎓

• Individual check-in: 1 ticket
• Group of 3 checking in together: 2 tickets each
• Group of 5 checking in together: 3 tickets each
• Invite a friend to register and check in: +1 ticket per friend (maximum 10 tickets)
• Event volunteers: +2 bonus tickets
• Post on Instagram / Xiaohongshu with #澳洲匠人学院: +1 ticket per post (maximum 3)
• Take a photo at the event and tag official account: +1 ticket
• Livestream or short video sharing event experience: +2 tickets
• Take a photo with a student from a different university and post on Xiaohongshu: +1 ticket
• Participate in interactive games / booth activities / stamp challenge tasks to earn additional tickets
🎯 Maximum 10 tickets per person.
The more tickets you have, the higher your chance of winning.
### 🎁 Lucky Draw Rules
1️⃣ Lucky draws will be conducted at scheduled times throughout the event.
2️⃣ Each round of the draw will randomly select winners through the system.
3️⃣ The winning results will be announced through the website and notified via mobile notifications.
4️⃣ Winners must go to the prize collection counter within the designated time to verify their information and collect their prizes.
### ⚠️ Important Notes
- Each participant has a maximum limit on the number of electronic raffle tickets they can earn. The final limit is subject to on-site rules.
- Electronic raffle tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred.
- If a winner fails to collect the prize within the specified time, the prize will be considered forfeited and a new winner may be selected.
