Talk 2: Functional Business Logic with Google Apps
Time: 30 min
Description:
As businesses grow, scalability becomes a real concern. Often we are in situations where there is more work than there are people, and clever devs must look for ways to get more done with fewer resources. Using JavaScript and Google Apps we can improve the efficiency of everyday business operations. We will go over some of the capabilities of Google Apps and JS, and discuss how to leverage them together to get more done. Additionally, we will explore a real-world example of using functional programming concepts to supercharge everyday tasks like reporting and data processing.
Speaker: Frank Korf
