Streamlining Front-End Development with Figma: Creating Design Assets
Are you a front-end developer looking to streamline your design process? In this talk, we will explore the power of Figma and how it can help you create design assets that are reusable and scalable. We will dive into the basics of Figma and learn how to create design assets that can be easily shared with your team. You will also get to see a live demo of how to create design assets from scratch in Figma and prepare them for code.
Tetiana Gulei - Linkedin
Tetiana is a Lead UX/UI Designer, Trainer, and Speaker who specializes in web accessibility, inclusion and user-centric design. She often collaborates with development teams to ensure that designs are not only visually appealing but are also technically feasible to implement. In addition, Tetiana actively trains development teams in user interface design using Figma, making the design process more efficient and effective. Her skills empower tech teams to iterate on design ideas, create prototypes, and prepare component assets before coding.

Falling in Love with Frontend all over again
Over the past years, Svelte has been topping the front-end developer interest and retention charts of every reputable surveyor, leaving the competitors like Angular, React and Vue in the dust. My only question is: why aren’t you using it yet? In this talk I’ll dive into all aspect of using Svelte: why it’s fast, small, quick to learn and even why it’s better for the environment. All this is backed by code comparisons between the frameworks and reproducible examples. Even the common reasons to not use Svelte are debunked. I’m sure that once you’ve heard the talk, you’ll be eager to give Svelte a try yourself and probably fall in love with front-end all over again.
Robbin Schepers - Github | Twitter
Robbin has a deep love for everything computer and tech related. He is a Senior Software Engineer at Ordina since 2021, freelancer since 2013 and even public speaker since 2022. He loves representing tech stacks that use the least amount of code whilst still being fully functional like Flutter and Svelte.

Superpowers of browser's Web API
When writing code for the Web, there are a lot of capabilities that are offered out of the box by our browsers. If you ever wrote a File Upload component, used timers and intervals, interacted with the DOM, or stored something in the Local/Session Storage, you had to go to the MDN’s Web API docs, to find some relevant information on how to implement that code.
Nikola Mitrovic - Github
Experienced JavaScript Software Engineer with 7 years in the industry. More skilled in Front-end Development, with high level of experience in working with Micro Front-end architecture, designing projects as a set of standalone components that include their own interfaces, logic, and storage, developing mini-applications independently, and composing them all together in the browser with different integration techniques.
