Inaugural Jewish Tech Meetup w/ Nick Merrill

Join us for our first Jewish Tech Meetup at Makom Hadash, the premier co-working space for innovative Jewish organizations in NYC.

Our guest speaker will be the Calyx Institute (http://www.calyxinstitute.org/)'s Nicholas Merrill. A vocal Jewish progressive, Nick was the Internet service provider who heroically challenged the National Security Letters provision to the USA PATRIOT Act and spent six years under gag order for refusing to violate his customers' privacy. He was unable to discuss the ordeal with even his own family.
