Hello Friends!
JTED is the Hi Desert’s Monthly Ecstatic dance program in Joshua Tree, held every first Thursday night of each month from 6-8:30pm at Noble Hall at the Joshua Tree Retreat Center.
This is free form dance, no experience is necessary. Each class begins and ends with a variety of connectivity and mindfulness exercises, as well as intention setting to tune in with each other and with ourselves. There is often meditation, partner work, lots of sharing and connecting with our community. It’s a wonderful way to spend a Thursday night!
This class has an incredible live DJ. Doors are open to everyone!
