📍 Location: The Frog: A Firkin Pub - 1st Floor (4854 Yonge St, North York)

😃 Event fee: $30 (food, tax & tips included) - Drinks are on your own tab.

👫 Who can join?

• ONLY for people who have attended JTIC Language Exchange before.
• Seats are limited — Regular members will be prioritized as a thank-you for your continued support!

🎉 RSVP & Payment:

1. Sign up through the Meetup event page
2. Click “Join Waitlist” (everyone starts on the waitlist)
3. Once your status changes from “Waitlist” → “Going”, please e-transfer the event fee to: ***jtic.international.community@gmail.com***
4. Please include your Meetup name in the message section.
5. Your spot will be confirmed once your payment has been received.
6. If you do not send the e-transfer within 5 days of becoming “Going,” your status will automatically change to “Not Going”

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Alcohol can be ordered at your own cost — please drink responsibly.
• Disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave, and future participation in JTIC events may be restricted.
• No Refund Policy. (No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable due to reserved seating and food orders.)
• Photos may be taken for our social media during the event. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let the organizer know.

🎉 RSVP & お支払い方法

1. Meetup のイベントページからお申し込み下さい
2. “Join Waitlist”をクリック（全員最初はWaitlistになります）
3. ステータスが “Waitlist” → “Going” に変わりましたら、参加費を以下へ e-Transfer して下さい → ***jtic.international.community@gmail.com***
4. メッセージ欄に Meetup のユーザー名 を必ず記入して下さい
5. お支払いが確認でき次第、参加が確定となります
6. “Going” になってから 5日以内にお支払いがない場合、ステータスは自動的に “Not Going” へ変更されますので、ご注意下さい。

• アルコールの注文は各自のご負担となります。飲酒は節度を守ってお楽しみ下さい。迷惑行為があった場合、退場および今後のイベント参加をお断りする場合があります
• 返金不可：席の確保・料理の事前注文のため、無断欠席・直前キャンセルは返金できません
• 当日はSNS用に写真撮影を行う場合があります。写真に写りたくない方は事前にオーガナイザーへお知らせ下さい
