Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrival and pick from Airport and transferred to the hotel here in Arusha for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Londros Park Gate - Lemosho Gate - Mti Mkubwa Campsite
Hiking time: ~ 3 hours
Altitude: 2750 meters above the sea level

Day 3 Mti Mkubwa Campsite - Shira 1 Campsite
Hiking time: 6-7 hours
Altitude: 3610 m

Day 4 Shira 1 - Shira 2
Hiking time: ~ 4 hours
Altitude: 3840 m

Day 5 Shira 2 - Baranko Campsite via Lava Tower
Hiking time: ~7 hours
Altitude: 3985 m

Day 6 Baranko Campsite – Karanga Camp
Hiking time: 4-5 hours
Altitude: 3963 m

Day 7 Karanga Camp - Barafu Camp
Hiking time: ~7 hours
Altitude: 4550 m

Day 7 (Same Day)
Summit Attempt
Barufu Camp- Stella Point- Uhuru Peak- Mweka Camp
Hiking time: ~11 hours
Altitude: Barafu camp (4550m) - Uhuru Peak (5895m) - Mweka Camp (3100m)

You will rise around 11:30 PM and have some hot tea and biscuits before you shuffle off into the night. This 6-hour walk to Stella point is for many climbers the most mentally and physically challenging part of the trip. At Stella Point (5685m) you will stop for a short rest and will be rewarded with the most magnificent sunrise you will witness in your lifetime (weather permitting). From Stella Point you will normally encounter snow to Uhuru Peak (2 hour ascent).

Day 8 Mweka camp (3100m) - Mweka Gate (1980m)
Hiking time: 3 hours

Day 9 Extend with Safari and have a safe flight home!
