Tashlich, Walk and Dinner
Details
Join Mosaic for a scenic walk and informal Tashlich service.
We'll stroll along Ladybird Lake, taking the Butler Hike and Bike Trail by Longhorn Shores. The area is accessible and not heavily trodden. We will cast our crumbs (or bird seed) to the water and share a brief lay-led service.
Mosaic will provide handouts for the service, including the traditional blessing. Wondering what Tashlich is about? Some thoughts here -- https://reformjudaism.org/blog/tashlich-deep
Afterwards, we have the option to walk or drive to a nearby restaurant, Pueblo Viejo Riverside, 2410 E Riverside Dr Ste. H-8, Austin, TX 78741
