Abstracts
Let's create a tiny AI library together, Copilot powered
We all want to do it. When you want to integrate AI into your tools, what do you do? You add LangChain4j or SpringAI and run with it. But do you know how these libraries interact with the AI service providers or your local llama-server instance?
These libraries aren't magic, so let's peek behind the curtain and write a tiny AI library together. This way you'll discover the REST APIs that power it all.

Speaker
Johannes Bechberger, a nerd passionate about compiler building and program analyses that enjoys cooking and works on the JVM at SAP (LinkedIn), making profiling easier for everyone.
Sandra Ahlgrimm is Senior Developer Advocate working for Java Developers with Microsoft at GitHub. She also leads the Berlin/Brandenburg JUG together with Jörg, Oliver and Jan.
Andreas Voigt is a Principal Software Architect at adesso SE. He has extensive experience in identifying and addressing architecture antipatterns. Andreas has spoken at several notable conferences, including JavaLand. He is dedicated to expanding the knowledge and application of architecture antipatterns within the community.

A big thank you to adesso SE for hosting the event and generously providing food and drinks during the event. Your innovative approach and commitment to excellence are greatly appreciated!
