There will be one technical topic on meetup and of course, you can ask questions of our guests and have a lot of networking.
Participation is completely free, but places are limited, please check in if you plan to attend the meeting, we can't let you into the building if you are not on the list.
Have you ever considered just not writing bugs?
In this talk, we will consider several snippets of Java code that contain mistakes and try to summarize which tools and approaches can we use nowadays to avoid similar bugs in our code. Java programmers with any background and experience are welcome, only basic Java knowledge is necessary.
About the speaker:
Tagir Valeev (@tagir_valeev), Java Tech Lead in IntelliJ IDEA at @JetBrains
Works as a technical lead in JetBrains. He participates much in improving Java static analysis in IntelliJ IDEA that helps you detect bugs. He is an OpenJDK committer and Java Champion. Also, he is the author of the book "100 Java Mistakes and How to Avoid Them" and triples as a book author.
