Martial Arts and Metal!

From now on we host our "Metal Mittwöch" on every 2nd wednesday of the month.

Without Gi, but in your metal shirt or battle jacket!
And of course you will get a lot on your ears.

The training will be hard and heavy!
(Maybe you should not wear your best shirt ;) and alcohol is of course only possible afterwards)

Dazu gibts es ordentlich was auf die Ohren!
