Women's Self Defense Workshop

Ages 16+ Learn quick and easy, yet effective techniques that can help anyone defend themselves in a life-threatening situation. This workshop is geared towards defending yourself against a stronger opponent. All genders are welcome to take this workshop and learn skills that would be useful to everyone.
