Mindful listening
This workshop is designed to practice awareness with simple exercises.
When are you feeling bad? Which words makes you feel bad or feel good to hear?
Mindful listening can be a helpful tools for good communication. It will positively impact in your daily life with your family members, community and coworkers. Good listening skill can be helpful for understanding each other well.
