A bit about Myles Henaghan

• Myles is the Co-Founder of Wires Uncrossed Engineering. Creator of Hierarchy of Engineering Needs (HoEN). Previously, he was the GM of Engineering at Xero, and CTO at Accordo, among other roles across different countries before settling in New Zealand. He works with software teams to identify, understand, and solve their constraints for a faster, safer and happier flow of value to customers.
