What we’re about
A cozy community for journalers, scrapbook lovers, and stationery enthusiasts in the San Gabriel Valley.
Whether you’re into junk journaling, art journaling, bullet journaling, or just love pretty paper and good conversation, this group is for you.
We meet up locally (think parks, cafés, or community spots) to create, share ideas, and connect with fellow paper lovers. You can bring your current projects, swap supplies, work on spreads, or just hang out and chat about all things stationery, creativity, and self-expression.
No experience needed—just bring your journal, your favorite pens or scraps, and your curiosity. Each session has a relaxed, come-as-you-are vibe, with optional themes like:

🌸 “Quiet journaling” & tea sessions
💌 Community challenges and creative projects
We’re building a warm little corner for creatives who want to unplug, meet kindred spirits, and bring some handmade magic back into everyday life.
Location: Glendora / Covina / San Dimas / Walnut area
Frequency: Biweekly or monthly (depending on interest)

Hey journaling friends! ✨
I’m so excited to announce our very first Junk Journal & Yap meetup!
📅 Date: Saturday, November 22nd
🕓 Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Gladstone Park, Glendora, CA (near the picnic tables—look for the little paper & sticker setup!)
Our first theme is “Autumn Pages & Cozy Beginnings.” 🍁
We’ll be creating fall-inspired spreads—think warm tones, gratitude lists, cozy moments, and seasonal textures. Bring your journals, washi tapes, paper scraps, scissors, glue, or anything you love to work with.
Don’t worry if you’re new—this is a relaxed, creative hangout. I'm aiming for minimum of 3 participants to start with.
Bonus: Everyone who comes will get a free exclusive stickers to use in your spreads!
Come for the journaling, stay for the chatting. This is a safe, kind, and creative space to unwind, connect, and get inspired.
What to bring:
- Your journal or notebook
- Scissors, glue, and your favorite papers or stickers
- Optional: a cozy drink, blanket, or small folding chair
