BARTLETT FLATS CAMPING/KAYAKING
•Please join us for camping with day and evening paddles.
•Lights are required for your kayak for evening paddles. A headlamp is helpful.
•Come on Thursday if you'd like to extend your fun.
WHERE?
•We will camp to the right of where the road comes onto the flats.
Our camping will be dispersed. There are no established sites, which means no picnic tables, no restroom facilities (a short walk to pit toilets) and no water. Please bring your own!
•We will share warm campfires, adult beverages and conversation, and snacks.
•Please bring firewood and good vibes.
Directions: About 1/2 mile before the lake, there is a well-marked paved road to the left named N. Bartlett Dam Rd. Follow this road about 2 miles. Turn left at the stop sign toward Bartlett Flats. Where the pavement ends, continue on the main dirt road, and veer left at the Y. Go as far as you can and it'll drop you onto the flats, you'll see the restrooms/dumpsters on the left before dropping onto the flats.
Look to the RIGHT for Nancy's white Eurovan.
•No/poor cell service on Bartlett Flats.
What to bring:
•Tonto Pass (just in case they check)
•Camping supplies (tent, stove, table, chair, etc)
•Headlamp/kayak lights
•Firewood
•Kayak, paddle, gloves, PFD, kayak lights (required)
•Games (optional)
•Binoculars (optional)

••OUR GROUP REQUIRES THAT YOU TO WEAR YOUR PFD WHILE PADDLING. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have a pet, they MUST wear a PFD.
No alcohol while on the water, but at camp...no problem!
••We hope to see you there at our 1st paddle/camp of 2026!
You could use a good paddling!
