The Sacred Mother: Healing the Archetype Within and Around Us
Details
Mother’s Day carries many layers.
For some it is celebration.
For others it brings reflection, longing, or complicated memories.
This intimate circle explores the Mother Archetypes we carry within us — the patterns of nurturing, protection, sacrifice, and self-care that shape how we relate to others and ourselves.
Together we will gently explore:
• The nurturer within
• The over-giver who needs rest
• The protector who learned to stay guarded
• The grief of complicated maternal relationships
• The emerging Self-Mother who offers compassion inward
Through guided reflection, somatic release, and sound integration, participants will have the opportunity to consciously acknowledge the patterns they carry and choose what they are ready to release.
This experience includes:
✨ Archetype teaching and guided journaling
✨ A somatic release ritual using a standing Tibetan singing bowl
✨ Rose oil self-anointing for integration and self-compassion
✨ Sound healing to support nervous system balance
This circle is open to all women, whether you are a mother, daughter, caregiver, or simply someone exploring your relationship with nurturing and self-care.
Space is intentionally limited to create a calm and supportive environment.
