Heard about breathwork, Wim Hoff and other forms of breathing? Interested to learn more?

Join me in one of my informal and relaxed sessions to learn more about the benefits and practice of breathing.

As a trained breath therapist I want to demysify the process and help you to get to know your own breath, and to use it as a tool in your daily life.

I hold a variety of breathing sessions in my cosy studio in Charlottenburg, where I always start by sharing a bit about the science and knowledge of breathing.

I offer different sessions, so please check the event details to see which suit you. If in doubt, please reach out to me and I will be happy to help choose an event to meet your needs.

Sessions can have a maximum of 6 participants so it is an intimate atmosphere with room for individual attention.

Tea and water are freely available and there is time for sharing afterwards.
