Join us EVERY Tuesday at Chollas Lake to flow and do some Qi Gong with us. This is a perfect way to reconnect to nature, your physical body , and most importantly, your breath!

Every Tuesday @ 9:30 am, @justfraniam will be guiding us through some mind ,body& soul reconnection.

Qigong (chee gong), a Chinese system of physical exercises and breath training, is a mindfulness practice that can help in achieving physical and mental healing.

In Chinese medicine, “Qi” means life vital energy. “Gong,” which means cultivating,work, skill is the discipline of nurturing this energy.
Qigong is a combination of gentle movements, deep breathing, and positive intention
to help the body become healthy and full of vitality.
