Just Coffee — honest conversations for women in their 30s

Just Coffee is a casual gathering for women in their 30s who want more honest, meaningful conversations—and who may sometimes feel as though everyone else has life figured out.

Many of us quietly struggle with imposter syndrome, career pressure, feeling underachieved, self-doubt, loneliness, identity shifts, or the sense that we are somehow falling behind. This group is a place to talk about those experiences openly, connect with women at a similar stage of life, and remember that we are not the only ones navigating them.

Each meetup will loosely center around one topic related to self-image, personal growth, relationships, work, or the emotional realities of being in our 30s. We’ll share our experiences, listen without judgment, and explore what has helped us move forward.

There’s no pressure to have the right words, give advice, or present a polished version of yourself. The idea is simply to create the kind of comfortable, open atmosphere you might have when meeting a trusted friend for coffee—even if everyone arrives as strangers.
