Dear All
Join me for a rejuvenating phase 1 of the Power Yoga Flow, suitable for beginners.
We will start with a warm up routine then we will revisit Surya Namaskara A (sun salutation A) [3 sets] and Surya Namaskara B (modified sun salutation B) [2 sets].
This is designed to introduce you to the sun salutations that will help you develop strength and flexibility while introducing you to the fundamentals of the flow of breath.
Over the coming weeks, we will be looking at different segments once you have thoroughly learned them and are ready to progress to the next level.
Please note that this is a short practice session, I would kindly ask everyone to attend on time. To respect others practice, you will be muted throughout. I would also encourage you to keep your camera on if you are comfortable to do so, this will help me to tailor my verbal cues in order to assist your alignment during practice.
In order for me to assess the teaching quality for improvement, this session is automatically recorded on zoom. By signing up, you confirm your consent for the session to be recorded for teaching purposes. It will not be shared with any other third parties.
