Welcome to "Just Sit" Springwood Community Centre - Waterlooville Meetup Group. This Meditation group is for beginners and experienced meditaters alike. Our practice will be designed for promoting peace in our daily lives. As we progress we can share our experiences with a view to helping eachother.
