This group is for women who want more than just another workout — not just sweating alone, but training with purpose, accountability and expert guidance.
We meet twice a week outdoors in parks or calisthenics areas, using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to tone up, build strength and boost overall fitness. Every session is designed to challenge you, support your goals and leave you feeling stronger in both body and mind.
This group is perfect if you’re already moving but want the next level: expert eyes on your form, fresh workouts that actually deliver results, and accountability that keeps you showing up.
