Women’s HIIT & Core Training 🔥
Join us for a fun, energetic & challenging outdoor workout that will leave you feeling strong and full of endorphins. This session combines high-intensity cardio moves with core-focused exercises to build endurance, burn energy and strengthen your abs. Easier variations will be provided if needed — so everyone can join in and work at their own pace.
What to expect:
🌸 Women-only group, supportive and motivating
🔥 10 min warm-up to get moving
🏃‍♀️ 25–30 min HIIT & core workout (mix of cardio + ab-focused exercises)
😌 10 min cool down & stretch
Expert guidance from me as your personal trainer — I’ll be observing, correcting form and making sure you get the most out of every move.
This event isn’t just about the workout, it’s also a chance to connect with like-minded women and do something for yourself. The class is held in English, but I also speak Spanish if needed. It's a donation-based event — pay if you want, as much as you think it’s worth it!
✨ Come ready to move, sweat and leave feeling stronger than when you arrived! Please bring a towel and water for yourself :)
