Practice Schedule
*Required Orientation for New Members* from 7pm to 7:30pm
Formal Practice: 7:30pm to 8:30pm
This includes chanting, seated meditation and walking meditation
Dharma talk and Q/A Time: 8:35pm to 9:30pm.
Practice Fee: $300 per session, or $1000 per month (4 sessions)

Just This Zen group is led by Justin Pollard. With more than 25 years of practice experience, he has been supported by Zen practice through many challenging times, and offers practical support and guidance. He was the practice leader of the International Zen Group at Hwagyesa Temple in Seoul, South Korea for 3 years, and he has experienced a multitude of meditation retreats, as well as 5 months of formal residential monastic practice at Musangsa Temple in Gyeryong, South Korea.
