Bring your own snacks or drinks as there are only some vending machines and a water fountain.

I chose to sit at the tables for 2 that are next to the windows looking out on the umbrellas and Zen garden. It's pretty much straight from the main entrance, through the indoor trees, a bit to the right. The rest of the tables (to the left) overlook the swimming pool or basketball court. It can be a bit noisy as the community rooms are hosting exercise classes of various stripes. Unfortunately there are no easy outlets but City of Burlington is free wifi.

If you would like to have some conversation, they recently completed an area that's almost like a small kitchen with a couple of tables with four chairs. Not exactly sure what it is but it isn't behind any sort of partition or door, so I assume that anyone can use it.
