Drinks and a Show

For those of you who'd like a break from writing or need a little inspiration, we're trying something new!

The Milwaukee Rep is putting on Romeo + Juliet and I'll be hosting a tiny meetup before their March 5th show at 7:30pm for those who plan to attend. We'll be meeting at The Bar and Saint Kate at 6:30pm to have a quick drink before walking over to the Wilson Theater at Vogel Hall to make the 7:30pm show.

We'll allow conversation to flow freely, but if you need ideas, discussion topics might include our feelings about the original work, how old we were when we first saw the Zeffirelli version, our thoughts on Leonardo DiCaprio's take, and how we expect an Appalachian setting to impact Milwaukee Rep's reimagining.
