What we’re about
This group is for every type of writer: whether you're brand new to the craft or a seasoned professional. The purpose of this group is to create a space for people to write whatever, and however, they want. At each meeting, writers are welcome to share their writing and ask for feedback. This is also a space to meet other international and local community members interested in writing.
All forms of writing are welcome, and there is no language requirement. Please send me a message if you have questions.

Awakening the Sensual Self: Writing & Self-Care Rituals for Sensual Presence
Cozy Yoga , Rua Formosa, 63,, Porto, PT“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation.”
—Audre Lorde
Slow down, tune in, and come back to your body.
Join us to reconnect with yourself through the senses: scent, touch, taste, sound, and breath. Through guided journaling practices and self-care rituals, we will create space to rest, reflect, and awaken the sensual self, tapping into an inner reservoir of joy and power.
Together, we will work to shift the perception of pleasure from indulgence to a form of self-care.

● Four journaling exercises to help you access your sensual self
● Self-care rituals led by Adja Lalu, founder of Lalu Skincare
