Stage & Screen Writers Salon

MeetUp for writers who love scripts, whether you write for stage, screen, or both.

These sessions are meant to be highly interactive and focused an learning, feedback, and inspired conversations about stage and screen writing.

What we’ll do:

• Quick introductions + what you’re working on (stage/screen/both)
• A short “craft spark” on what makes a scene work (useful for theatre and film)
• A guided writing sprint (you’ll generate fresh pages or polish an existing scene)
• Optional sharing + supportive micro-feedback (low-pressure, time-boxed)

Who it’s for:

• Playwrights, screenwriters, and hybrid writers
• Any experience level (first script or fiftieth)
• International community — we’ll work primarily in English

What you need:

• Some sort of writing material (laptop, tablet, phone, paper/pen)
• WiFi access is provided by the venue (needed for Table Reads)

Join us at the legendary Capela Incomum—a 15th-century chapel turned wine bar with a great selection of drinks and food. We’ve reserved the upstairs room.
To help the staff (and keep things smooth):

• Please order at the bar as you arrive or as needed
• Either pay as you go or close your tab before you leave
