Automatic record expungement was the idea of Matthew Stubenberg, Esq. the President of MDLegalApps. The website creates a simple and efficient way to determine the expungability of a case and to automatically fill out the necessary forms.

In 2014 Matthew Stubenberg paired up with his long time friend Phil Smith. Together they have created Maryland's first automatic record expungement website.
