What if science exploration was decentralized?
Details
Science and Innovation are big worlds in and of themselves, often siloed and reserved to academia or industry. We believe that community approaches make the solving of global challenges more inclusive, efficient, fun and impactful.
In our What If sessions, we deep-dive into a project from our community and explore its meaning, its wider implications, and its future possibilities.
Part speculative exercise and part networking in disguise, these moments allow us to gather and reflect on the incredible work done in the open science and innovation community. Session Breakdown:
- Micro introduction to JOGL (for those who are new to the community)
- Presentation of the project
- Breakout rooms to discuss the Speculative question in smaller groups
- Gather back into main room for a common discussion
For our April 13 session, our question will be What if science exploration was decentralized?
