Lean Coffee Kortrijk - The work behind the work

Ten editions in, and three years of getting together in Kortrijk to talk about the work behind the work. How teams collaborate, how organisations change, how projects actually get done, and about everything that gets in the way.

Whether you've been at this for years and want to share what you've learned, or you're simply curious how others handle the same challenges: you're welcome. No experience required, no preparation needed.

Team lead, scrum masters, coaches, product owners, project managers, developers, testers, managers, but just as much people from HR, marketing or operations. Every perspective counts, and the best conversations here often happen between people who don't work in the same field at all.

We use the Lean Coffee format: no agenda, no speakers, no slides.

Participants bring the topics, we vote on them together, and we discuss whatever the group finds most interesting. Collaboration, leadership, AI, ways of working, change, focus, feedback. It's up to you.

To keep the energy levels high, pizza will be provided.

There is parking in front of the building. The barrier will open automatically. The event will take place at De Kade, the building located at the back right of the parking lot.
