This requires a strategic shift toward Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that handle everything from code creation to production deployment. This session explores the CNCF Platform Engineering Maturity Model, diving deep into level 4 maturity and how IDPs serve as the foundation for enterprise productivity. We'll examine a reference architecture implementing Domain-Driven Design within a cell-based architecture, showing how it enables small, agile teams to deliver frequent releases while maintaining governance and security.

  This session explores a pragmatic approach to AI adoption, emphasising continuous quality and cost efficiency.
