* Connect ancient dream practices with Jungian dream analysis

Kelsey Anderson, LMHC, is the founder of Kelsey Anderson Mental Health Counseling PLLC. Kelsey brings a unique blend of clinical rigor and symbolic, spiritual understanding to her work. Trained at The City College of New York (CUNY) and Long Island University, Brooklyn, she developed a strong foundation in behavioral theory and evidence-based practice through her work in foster care, preventive programs for adolescents, and substance use counseling. Over the years, she has expanded her approach to include Applied Jungian Analysis, dream analysis, hypnotherapy, and somatic-based modalities, as well as advanced studies in Egyptology and Ancient Christianity at the American University in Cairo. In her workshop on Dreams and Mythology, Kelsey draws from Jungian psychology, ancient Egyptian symbolism, and cross-cultural spiritual traditions to explore how dreams function as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious mind, offering insight into emotional patterns, life transitions, and the deeper archetypal themes that shape the human experience.
