Let's paddle before work! Get there at 7:50am and we'll start promptly at 8am so we can all be off the water after about an hour.

This meet-up is for experienced paddlers only. Please contact us to set up a lesson first if you want to start paddling in the meet-up group but aren't experienced. We charge $20/person for the Meetup, which includes all the equipment.
If we have at least three paid attendees, we won't charge additional paddlers who bring their own equipment. If we have three or fewer paddlers, all three will be charged for the Meetup. Please contact Pilar with any questions.

Five years ago Kaba Nui had its first Meetup on July 12, 2020 at Mothers Beach in Long Beach. Time for us all to hang out again and catch some waves and paddleboard!

Bring your SUPsurf, paddleboard, outrigger, kayak or prone, umbrellas, towels, hats, sunscreen and your favorite food/dish to share! Bring your own drinks (alcohol not permitted on the beach).
Feel free to SUP-only if you prefer (but this is a beach break).
We will be there regardless of the conditions as it’s a chance to all hang out at the beach together! Note this is a come-and-get-in-and-out-of the water as you please, there is not an official start or any organization or instruction provided.

This is a paid parking lot, credit cards only.

This is a collaborative event with Salt Water Social Club so come enjoy the company of new friends!

Sunset paddle in Huntington Harbour

*All paddle disciplines welcome. SUP, ISUP, Prone, Kayak, Surfski, OC1
*Level: Novice. All levels, but you must know how to paddle already.
*The kayak rental place will be closed so you must have your own equipment.
*If you have a light, please attach it to your board or body. It may get dark on the paddle back.

Join us for a sunset paddle in Huntington Harbor. This is a 3 mile paddle that starts through the beautiful canals of Huntington Harbor, then we paddle out to the wetlands then back through the harbor.

Meet at 6:15pm on the beach next to OEX Kayak Rentals. It's street parking on PCH only. Do not park in OEX.

Bring a friend or two. Bring your lights as it will get dark by the time we head back to shore.
