HOW BECOME CALM IN THE CHAOS – OVERCOMING ANXIETY
To balance the increasing turbulence of the world, Buddhist meditation teaches ways of looking at life that enable us to be calm, happy, and helpful no matter what comes. Through Buddha’s teachings, we can learn to develop positive habits of mind, oppose the tendency of worried or negative thinking and improve our capacity to find happiness within ourselves.

DETAILS Our general meditation classes include a teaching and two guided meditations. These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners
Generally these meditation classes are given as a series, but can also work great as a stand alone class.
No special clothing is required
