At this branch class in Bath, you can learn how to meditate, improve your technique and use Buddhist meditation to increase inner peace, solve problems, reduce stress, improve relationships and find meaning in life.

Bringing happiness into your life. Happiness is actually a state of mind. As such, the true cause of happiness is in the mind. If we change our mind, we can change our world. This series we will explore how we can improve our happiness and relationships with others by changing our mind and increasing our love.

Our general meditation classes include a teaching and two guided meditations.
These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners.
Generally these meditation classes are given as a series, but can also work great as a stand alone class.
