As long as our well-being depends mainly on external conditions, happiness remains fragile and fleeting. Relationships become pressured by expectation, everyday challenges feel overwhelming, and we often find ourselves caught in cycles of dissatisfaction, restlessness, or stress.
Meditation offers another direction. This isn’t about withdrawing from life or rejecting enjoyment, it’s about developing an inner stability that allows us to experience life more fully and enjoy the good conditions we already have.
In this half-day retreat, we will explore practical teachings and guided meditations that help us reconnect with the inner causes of happiness and peace. Through experience, not just theory, we begin resolving the conflict between what we know intellectually and how we actually live.
