Meditation Class with optional community dinner: Letting go of anger and pain

Details
Kadampa Meditation Center North Carolina
Have you been wrestling with difficult emotions lately? Experiences of anxiety, depression, loneliness, worry and fear are at least as common as ever these days. Buddhist teachings explain not only where these feelings are coming from, but also practical methods for overcoming them.
These classes will teach us simple practices for dealing with difficult emotions. Anyone, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist, can benefit from these teachings and practices. Start at the beginning of the series if you can, but if you miss the beginning then start when you are able.
Community Dinner is right after class upstairs in the Community Dining Room.
• The food will be fun and delicious, prepared by one of our volunteers, no need to bring anything.
• There is no additional cost.

Every week on Wednesday until February 28, 2028
