To really let go in a way that lasts, we need to be introduced to emptiness, the truth that there is no ultimate truth in our limited perceptions, or our sense of finite possibilities. It’s grasping at our self and other things in these limited, finite ways that keeps us stuck. By integrating a spacious experience free from such grasping in both meditation and daily life, we can find the middle way free from extremes.
