We all want to be happy all the time, and we never want to suffer. Unfortunately, we experience a lot of unnecessary unhappiness and mental disturbance. We need to understand more clearly how to create happiness, not suffering.
In these classes, we will explore and meditate on the essential practices of gratitude, love, and compassion, leading us gradually to a supremely confident wish to realize our spiritual potential fully, so that we can really benefit others in more profound ways.
