What to expect?

We all want to be happy all the time, yet happiness seems elusive, fragile and temporary - We tend to look for happiness outside ourselves, constantly adjusting our external world and trying to make it conform to our needs and wishes.

In reality, happiness is closer than we think! It is part of the mind that experiences peace and we can learn to develop it ourselves through training in meditation. Learn how to identify your own inner state of happiness, grow it and use it in daily life.

This course is followed by the 'Ten Happiness Hacks that really work' weekly Thursday evening series
