We all wish to experience enduring love—an affection that not only maintains, but grows—whether it be between partners, family or friends. But how do we maintain this harmony in our relationships? How do we avoid our relationships sliding into fault-finding and resentment, or even indifference?
In this mini-retreat, Buddhist nun Kelsang Dechok, will introduce us to special meditations and insights that will help us train in a wisdom-based love that is directed towards helping one another grow and actualize each other’s potential. Such an open-hearted love lays the foundation for a truly joyful and meaningful approach to life.
Healthy relationships, whether romantic or not, depend on healthy love. Learning to love wisely is a method to make ourselves and others happy.
Love protects us from anger, from jealousy, from loneliness, from creating negative karma, from experiencing daily life problems.
Love is always the answer.
Everyone is welcome to this special retreat. Bring a partner, friend, family, or just yourself!
No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome!

There are two sessions with a short break in between. Each session will start with a teaching followed by a guided meditation on the teaching, and there will be time for Q&A.
