About us

Kadampa meditation is a practical method of Buddhist meditation that trains the mind to develop inner peace, clarity, and virtue by familiarizing it with positive and beneficial objects. Rooted in the 11th-century Tibetan Buddhist tradition of Atisha and the Lamrim (Stages of the Path to Enlightenment) system, it is taught globally today largely through the New Kadampa Tradition (NKT). Join one of our General Program Classes Sunday morning 10-11:15, Monday and Wednesday evening 7-8pm. Check often for special events held each week.
