Cost: $15 per drop-in class. Free for monthly support members. You can register in advance or at the door.
Attend these classes, and all of our other weekly classes for FREE, and gain access to our "members only" option of Live Streaming by becoming a monthly support member.
New monthly classes will begin on Sat. Feb. 22, and continue on Mar 22, April 19, May 24 & June 28. All will be from 11am to 12:15pm. New class topics will be announced soon. Please contact education@meditateinottawa.org for more information.
Class Venue
The venue for this class is Almonte United Church, located at 106 Elgin Street in Almonte. This venue is accessible, and there is free parking available.
