Living Your Best Life
We invite you to these inspirational Sunday afternoon meditation classes, where we will explore practical methods to cultivate positive mental habits and use the power of Buddhist wisdom to solve our daily problems. The classes include two guided meditations and a talk on how to nurture deeper inner peace, mental freedom, and a clear sense of purpose and direction in our lives. By developing a positive mindset for the month ahead, we will create an inner refuge, enabling us to feel more positive & confident in facing the demands of daily life—a skill we all need to develop.
Each class will include a teaching and 2 guided meditations.
Drop in for any or all of these great classes. No previous experience in meditation is required. Everybody is welcome!

Giving, Generosity & Contentment
The Teachers for this class are Sandra Romaniuk and Kathy Sager, both of whom have been studying and practising Buddhist meditation for many years, and enjoy sharing their experience of meditation with others.
$15 per class, or $60 for the 5-class course.
