Embark on a life-changing retreat where you’ll experience guided meditations, clear teachings, and silent reflection that awaken your Buddha nature, moving you from everyday worries to boundless compassion and wisdom. Whether you’re new to the path or deepening your practice, this retreat offers the complete roadmap in a supportive, modern setting.

Each session will include a teaching, chanted prayers and a guided meditation. No previous experience of meditation or Buddhism is needed. Everyone is welcome!

This guided retreat follows a half-day course called Learn to Meditate: First Steps on the Path to Enlightenment on Sat Jan 3, 10am-1pm, which will also be led by Gen Thekchen. Attending this course would be excellent preparation for participating in the retreat.
