Monthly Meditation to Transform Your Life
Meditation is a life skill that can help us cope with stress and tap into the power of our mind in turbulent times. There is so much going on to distract us from what’s important and destroy our peace of mind, but with regular meditation practice we can access our inner peace, which is a reliable source of stability and true happiness.
Please join us for this new meditation class being held at Nepean Centrepointe Library on the first Sunday of the month from 1:00-2:15 p.m. starting February 4th.
Each class will include a new teaching and 2 guided meditations. Drop in for any or all of these great classes. No special clothing or equipment is necessary.
