Buddha’s teachings are scientific methods for improving our human nature and good qualities and meditation is a powerful tool that leads to profound inner realizations. By learning to integrate these practices into your daily experiences, both on and off the meditation cushion, you will find deeper happiness, peace, and clarity. Everyone is welcome!
Teacher description:
Sarah Frew is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Center Tampa Bay in Safety Harbor. She is a long-time student and practitioner of Kadampa Buddhism under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and has engaged in extensive Dharma study and retreat. Through her joyful and engaging manner, she shares Buddha’s teachings in a kind-hearted and warm way that makes them accessible to everyone.
